Armament Technician

Job Description

This role involves handling heavy spare parts and components, performing repair, maintenance, overhaul, service, replacement, removal, and installation tasks. It includes hydraulic system work, lubrication, and the use of special technical equipment. The position requires adherence to 5S standards and ongoing housekeeping of parts and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Load heavy spare parts and components.
• Perform repair, maintenance, overhaul, service, replacement, removal, and installation tasks (technical and mechanical).
• Replace lubricants, grease, and flush hydraulic systems.
• Operate machinery such as overhead cranes and drilling machines, along with other special technical equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping, including sweeping, clearing rubbish, and washing parts and vehicles.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NITEC in any engineering field.
• Able to read and understand hydraulic circuits.
• Knowledge of repairing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
• Willingness and ability to work at height (climbing up and down vehicles).
