Strutt & Parker - Saturday Assistant (Chelsea SW10)

Role

As a member of the Chelsea SW10 Residential office, you will represent the firm’s brand and act as a first point of contact for clients. In addition, there will be administrative duties to support the team. The role is predominantly on Saturdays only, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Deliverables

• Answering the phone and speaking with clients who visit the branch
• Registering applicants
• Any other ad hoc duties required

Person Specification

• Similar experience is not essential but would be preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing role in an environment offering excellent service to high-end clientele
• Professional approach and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and in person
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Good organisational and coordination skills
