Role Overview

What would you be doing?

• Conduct industry, (implied) ratings profiles, and peer group analysis
• Prepare client pitch books
• Assist in financial analysis and contribute to credit applications for leveraged or structured financing transactions
• Assist and analyze due diligence information and review transaction documentation
• Contribute to execution across all aforementioned transactions and/or products
• Engage with other departments/disciplines, such as Corporate Sector Lending, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Syndications, Financial Markets, etc.

What qualities and skills are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria:

Qualification background

• Candidates from Banking, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• Good academic grades
• Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin due to a large client base in Greater China
• Relevant experience in corporate banking and finance roles, or from accounting firms, would be an added advantage
• Possess legal right to work in Hong Kong
