R&D Test Engineer

Job Description

Develop ATE test programs, test hardware and bench evaluation boards for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities

• Research new test methodologies for better test coverage and reduced test time.
• Coordinate with a multi-functional team to meet new product release schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates with good academic results are welcome to apply.
