Job Description

Epitaxy Fab Assistant — performs epitaxy functions in the growth and testing of Epi wafers. Operates reactors, supporting tools and testers. Calibrates and runs process equipment in a fab environment. Works with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
