What the job involves
- Project-related parties access permit application
- Soft/Hardcopy project information filing
- Spare parts arrangement and inclusion of equipment in maintenance contracts after DLP
- Assist in arranging project manpower resources for MDP/Small Project Team/Soft Team and submission
- Assist daily operations with Shift Team, e.g., inventory checking, daily R&M work
- ARP & HID Safe Access Permit applications for both teams
- Provide appropriate soft service skills to clients
- Assist the team with general duties
- Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
- Undertake comprehensive tendering procedures for all outsourced services
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs to meet KPI targets
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
- Assist in implementing the preventive maintenance program
- Respond to emergency incidents within the Emergency Response Procedures
- Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards
- Carry out periodic facilities management inspections
- Proactively identify and investigate potential cost-saving or value-add opportunities
- Any ad hoc task assigned by Facilities Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Property Management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in data analysis is an advantage, with the ability to leverage data for operational improvement recommendations
- Ability to effectively interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Good PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems
