As a Graduate Functional Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will help translate business needs into clear functional requirements, support system design, and contribute to the successful delivery of technology and process solutions. This role is ideal for analytical graduates who enjoy problem‑solving, collaboration, and working with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, or process flows
- Support solution design by working closely with developers, testers, and architects
- Assist in business process analysis and improvement
- Participate in workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
- Support system testing, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Help identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements or solutions
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management activities, including training materials and user guidance
- Continuously develop knowledge of business systems, tools, and methodologies
Required Skills and Competencies

Education & Qualifications
- A degree (or expected degree) in a relevant subject such as:

- Business or Management
- A 2:1 or above is typically preferred (or equivalent)
