GCB 6 – Assistant Case Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Case Manager.

In this role you will

  • Provide support on end-to-end High Net Worth (HNW) new business case management in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time
  • Process cases in an accurate, effective and timely manner
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal record with good quality
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support the business channels to achieve the sales targets
  • Consistently and accurately provide updated case information to all key stakeholders
  • Handle case inquiries from sales staff/brokers and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Carry out administrative work and prepare new business-related reports to the business channel/partner
  • Proactively support ad-hoc/additional tasks and duties as assigned by Team Leader/Senior Manager

 

To be successful you will need

  • University degree holder; Higher Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Relevant working experience in life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW Case Management and/or New Business Operations experience
  • Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus
  • Great sense of teamwork, ownership and servicing mindset to deliver efficient and effective case management service processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
