Our Product Office is made up of Product and Technical Programme managers who want to build something new from the ground up within a diverse and inclusive team. We are looking for a Product Analyst with the potential to expand the remit as you grow into the role. Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in PowerPoint, compiling inputs from stakeholders, reviewing, understanding, and challenging content as required.
• Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence to provide meaningful tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage, track, and escalate risks and issues to the plan.
• Ensure program governance and best practices are followed in line with business standards and procedures.
• Proactively identify, define, and enhance processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate the use of AI to streamline and optimize ways of working.
• Support and manage the coordination and management of initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience in managing senior stakeholders amid urgent or changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information, link interdependent topics, and present succinctly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics.
• Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of Lean/Agile/Waterfall practices and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Previous experience in project or product management and using the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) is a plus.
• Previous experience with cloud technologies and digital banking products is advantageous.
