Program Analyst, Asset Management – Real Estate Americas

JPMorgan Asset Management Global Real Estate & Infrastructure seeks a Program Analyst for the Asset Management team in New York. This role supports Asset Managers in overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio, driving value for clients through strategic oversight, development support, and comprehensive reporting.

The Real Estate Americas business is hiring an Analyst to work with the Asset Management team in New York. Analysts assist Asset Managers in overseeing a portfolio, implementing strategy, supporting development deals, handling dispositions, conducting internal and external property valuations, and preparing various reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Underwrite using Argus and Excel
• Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation
• Research and analyze market data
• Participate in property inspections and market tours
• Prepare presentations and written investment committee memos
• Perform due diligence to prepare acquisitions for closing

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional quantitative modeling and analytical skills
• Superior writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years financial analysis, real estate, modeling experience
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate interest in real estate through internships, coursework, etc.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• ARGUS experience is a plus
