What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear project specifications.
  • Supporting project governance by tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and preparing status updates for stakeholders.
  • Working closely with internal and external delivery teams to provide ongoing support and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contributing to documentation, testing, and change management processes as required.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently resolve challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic learner with a keen interest in technology and financial markets.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide:

  • Exposure to industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
  • Understanding of collaboration between business teams and IT in delivering system solutions.
