Senior Officer, Client Services - International Wealth and Premier Banking

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Client Services.

In this role you will

• Handle client instructions of account opening and services appropriately and within the Service Level Agreement
• Update and complete data capture in the system for all client service requests accurately and within the Service Level Agreement
• Provide support to the manager to ensure the day-end process is completed on time
• Report exceptions and irregularities promptly for management awareness
• Participate in business initiatives/projects to provide user requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide internal training to the team
• Share best practices to improve internal processes within the team
• Produce Management Information (MI) reports as required
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

To be successful you will

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent
• Good knowledge in customer service, account opening/closure and/or CRS and FATCA experience
• Recent graduates with part-time banking/customer service experience will be considered for an Officer role
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Technology skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills are an advantage
