Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Analyst to join its Telecom & Digital Infrastructure team within the Investment Banking group located in New York.

With offices in New York and London, our Telecom & Digital Infrastructure team is a market leader within the sector, with strong relationships ranging from large cap public companies to middle market private companies and everything in between. The team has a long history of executing high-profile M&A transactions and other capital markets advisory projects for telecom, networking, fiber, broadband, cable, towers, datacenters, and edge / artificial intelligence / machine learning infrastructure companies, as well as financial sponsors and other sources of capital. Some marquee transactions include serving as lead financial advisor to Macquarie and Aligned Datacenters on the largest data center transaction in history in 2025.

We advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, equity and equity-linked capital markets and debt capital markets transactions, joint ventures, balance sheet management, and other bespoke strategic and financial products. Our approach focuses on building deep, collaborative, and highly value-additive relationships, aiming to become long-term trusted advisors to executive teams, corporate development teams, and beyond.

We are a highly entrepreneurial team centered around a collaborative, partnership-driven culture enabling professionals at all levels to build strong technical, leadership, and client-facing skillsets. Our broader New York–based TMT Investment Banking team is an integral component of Guggenheim’s investment banking strategy and a fast-growing group focused on driving market share across telecom, media, and technology verticals.

Analysts play an integral role in evolving and enhancing client relationships and are active participants throughout the life of a transaction and beyond. Analysts benefit from the experience and partnership with Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates. We provide dedicated development to assist in marketing, sales, analytical, and communication skills.

We aspire to continuously refresh and cultivate a culture of Innovation, Diversity, and Inclusion. We provide best-in-class Investment Banking training—formal and hands-on—as you develop your professional toolkit: M&A process management, business acumen, financial analysis, data analysis, soft-selling and presentation skills, professional communication (verbal, written, and virtual), negotiations, and more.
