Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Client Services Officer (CSO) who is passionate about client engagement and eager to contribute to our mission of empowering entrepreneurial minds to create lasting value. In this role, you will be a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of customer instructions while building strong relationships in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Relationship Officers (CROs) with banking and client-related administration, including transfers and payments, foreign exchange, monitoring and fixing bank deposits, and processing purchases and securities sales.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients; follow up on pending issues and escalate to the CRO as necessary.
  • Manage internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, and offshore entities as required for annual reviews and onboarding documents.
  • Promote, recommend, and arrange banking and investment products and services once relevant qualifications are attained.
  • Prepare documental support on behalf of the CRO to ensure timely completion of periodic reviews and onboarding submissions.
  • Complete and process credit applications and reviews, and manage new loans from approval through to drawdown.
  • Perform research work upon CRO’s request.
  • Act as the contact person for internal stakeholders within the bank for troubleshooting and requests as needed.
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (e.g., Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role within private banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in standard IT systems; ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Qualifications: IAD Level 4 and CeMAP preferred.
