Intern - Global Markets

Main Duties

• Supporting the Structured Products, Equities trading desks and Treasury teams in HK with manual and ad hoc tasks
• Assisting in the implementation of projects that impact Global Markets & Treasury business (e.g., Project OMS)
• Helping to streamline manual processes and workflows, and automate tasks where possible

Requirements

• Computer Science/Finance/Economics background with a strong academic record from top-tier universities
• Experience in coding is required (Python and/or R); ability to work with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
• Ability to work independently or in a small team
