Job Overview

Work Hour: 12 hour shift (8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am)

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems, including on-site field deployment when required.
• Perform rectification and repair work on drone systems to resolve identified faults or performance issues.
• Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers.
• Report to the Lead Engineer on all engineering and maintenance issues identified during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or operational activities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with maintenance policies, operational guidelines, customer requirements, and feedback.
