Inspector, QC (1-year contract)

Job Description

Perform quality inspection for aircraft components/parts in accordance with incoming inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify documentation from the OEMs, vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with purchase/repair orders and airworthiness requirements.
• Raise and follow up on discrepancies found during inspection.
• Perform SAP and in-house developed ERP transactions.
• Participate in self-checks and continuous improvement projects.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any Engineering discipline, preferably in aerospace.
• Ability to lift heavy components/parts (up to 15 kg) when required.
• Willingness to work after office hours or on weekends when required.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Applicants with at least 10 years of relevant working experience will be considered even if they do not meet the formal qualification.
