Job Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and adhering to all policies, procedures, regulatory, and banking requirements.
  • Educate clients on technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, to meet their banking needs anywhere, anytime.
  • Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge—introducing clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
  • Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Ability to put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern.
  • Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and meet their needs.

  • Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Cash handling experience.
