2026 Off-Cycle Internship - Global Banking - London

Overview

UBS is seeking ambitious students to join the 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business. This program provides exposure to finance and banking with a truly global footprint.

What you’ll gain

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches
• Engage in the execution of live deals

Our team

You’ll be part of UBS’s Global Banking team, responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Qualifications & requirements

• Penultimate or final year of your degree, or recent graduate (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
• On track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
• Values aligned with hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
