Job Description

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations
• Analyze tenant performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs
• Assist in day-to-day functions of the centre management office
• Collaborate with other departments like Marketing and Operations to problem solve
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Preferred studies: Real Estate or any other related disciplines
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
