- Owning and managing the eLearning inbox, providing responsive, high-quality support and guidance to colleagues across the business.
- Delivering insightful MI by producing weekly, month-end and ad hoc mandatory training reports, highlighting trends, risks and exceptions, and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Driving completion and compliance by proactively following up with overdue staff and stakeholders to ensure mandatory learning is completed within required timeframes.
- Developing platform capability by learning to create, maintaining and updating mandatory training modules on the Skillcast system, supporting continuous improvement of the learning content and user experience.
- Preparing risk and compliance reporting for review by senior team members, ensuring information is accurate, clear and decision-useful.
- Supporting Board-level reporting by collating inputs for the Board Audit & Risk Committee dashboard (a high-profile deliverable) and performing robust quality assurance to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Providing flexible support across wider team activities, contributing to a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support within a professional corporate environment
- Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders, building effective relationships and responding to queries promptly
