Reporting To
Digital Marketing Manager, Wealth Management
Who we’re looking for
Based within Cazenove Capital and Schroders Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of Schroders in the UK, this role sits in the Brand, Digital and Partnerships team. It’s suited to an early-career digital marketer who has already gained some hands-on experience (ideally within financial services and specifically wealth management) and is now looking to broaden their channel expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high quality digital marketing across our websites, social media and email channels, supporting both always-on activity and campaign delivery. Working with colleagues across marketing and the wider business, you’ll help execute deliverables, manage timelines and ensure content is accurate, on brand and compliant.
A strong interest in digital and marketing technology is essential. You will support business-as-usual delivery while also helping with adoption of new tools and ways of working — bringing initiative, curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset. We’re looking for someone who is organised, with an eye for detail and a willingness to use insight and performance data to help optimise activity over time.
The base
This role will be based within our London office.
What you’ll do
- Support the day-to-day management of our digital channels, including websites, social media and email.
- Own delivery of social and email activity end-to-end (under direction from the content and digital marketing team), including: channel planning and content scheduling, building and deploying emails (e.g. Adobe Campaign or equivalent), drafting, publishing and monitoring social posts (primarily LinkedIn), managing approvals, sign-off and audit trail requirements.
- Support the development and execution of digital campaigns (digital-only or integrated), including: writing and contributing to briefs, coordinating creative and content development, establishing KPIs and supporting campaign reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the Marketing Experience teams and wider business to ensure activity is aligned, compliant, delivered to deadline and meets agreed objectives.
- Support management of media plans for paid social and native display (where applicable), including briefing, trafficking inputs and liaising with internal/external partners.
- Report on and help optimise performance across email and social (e.g. engagement, CTR, open/click rates), recommending practical improvements.
- Execute content amplification plans across owned and paid channels (organic and paid social, native display and email).
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with marketing technology and platform development, including: assisting with BAU delivery during platform migration periods, supporting UAT/testing, QA checks and issue tracking, documenting new processes (checklists, templates, “how-to” guides) and contributing to improved ways of working, helping the team adopt new martech and events platform capabilities over time.
- Help establish feedback routes for digital touchpoints (e.g. basic user feedback, market research support and social listening where applicable).
- Work with content teams to ensure content is search-friendly and correctly tagged for on-site and off-site discoverability (including social search), following agreed standards.
- Maintain strong digital hygiene, including accurate tracking inputs (e.g. UTMs where used), link checking, basic accessibility considerations and quality control.
- Keep key internal digital stakeholders informed with clear updates on channel activity, performance and upcoming deliverables.
- Stay up to date with digital and platform trends, sharing relevant recommendations and improvement opportunities with the wider team.
- Support digital training and knowledge-sharing sessions within the business (as appropriate).
- Provide team support in meetings and cover for colleagues when required to ensure continuity of service.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Hands-on experience delivering digital marketing in a professional environment.
- Experience in a global wealth management company would be preferable, otherwise working knowledge within a corporate environment in a regulated matrix organisation.
- Social media and email marketing experience, with strong execution skills.
- Confident building and deploying emails using a marketing automation/email platform (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or similar).
- Comfortable working within approval workflows and maintaining appropriate audit trails.
- Experience managing social channels day-to-day (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Familiar with social publishing/management tools (e.g. Oktopost or similar) and working to a content calendar.
- Strong interest in digital and marketing technology, with the curiosity and confidence to learn new platforms quickly.
- Ability to support platform change and adoption (e.g. BAU delivery during migration periods, UAT/testing, QA checks, issue tracking and process documentation).
- Working knowledge of digital analytics and performance reporting (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar).
- Able to interpret results, spot trends and recommend practical optimisations.
- Strong attention to detail and digital hygiene (link checking, tracking inputs such as UTMs where used, tagging, basic accessibility considerations and quality control).
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment (coordinating inputs, communicating progress clearly, meeting deadlines).
- Comfortable working with external suppliers/agencies where required.
- Understanding of working in a regulated environment, including GDPR/data privacy awareness and the importance of clear, accurate and compliant communications (financial services/wealth management experience beneficial but not essential).
- Proactive, positive and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Organised and resilient, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
