Job Description

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions following renovation works
• Assist in the preparation of Capex projects for 2026
• Support day-to-day operations, including corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Conduct daily site walks with the Cleaning Supervisor and Technician to monitor cleanliness and identify building defects
• Maintain and update operational records such as equipment lists, inventory, and survey plans
• Provide support on other operational matters and perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, and meticulous
