Job Description

As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Finance) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.

Responsibilities

• Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones
• Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
