Banknote Operations Cashier Specialist SG

Responsibilities

• Count cash pieces accurately.
• Assist with bulk inspection of incoming shipments.
• Assist with packing outbound shipments.
• Prepare detailed stock lists for front-office sales and repatriation.
• Prepare stock lists for end-of-day reconciliation.
• Ensure physical stock matches the manual stock list.
• Verify manual stock list against the system end-of-day stock report.
• Maintain daily stock list records for audits and management review.
• Raise discrepancy reports as needed.
• Submit counterfeit notes to the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD).
• Maintain machine maintenance and service records.
• Open and close the vault.
• Secure the cash processing and vault premises.
• Assist with inventory indenting (requisition) processes.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree certification.
• Cash handling/counting experience (entry level) and/or logistics handling experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic PC skills.
