What this job involves

• Carry out daily office administrative duties such as mail collection and distribution (internal and external), meeting room and event setup, referring user enquiries to the direct manager, office supplies ordering, storage, stock checking and replenishment, copying, waybills handling, etc.
• Ensure all office equipment is in good working order and consumables are replenished timely; maintain a good office environment.
• Work order management to provide coordination with qualified technical personnel at the office; carry out inspection, testing and preventive maintenance and conduct day-to-day corrective repairs with expected and reasonable response times.
• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of the office.
• Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HKDSE or above
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
