Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessions.
• Support leasing-related administrative matters, including liaising with tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report/Annual Statutory Declarations, etc.
• Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with leasing reports when required.
• Collaborate with other internal departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
