Benefit from the guidance of a seasoned mentor and work alongside experienced Cisco marketing professionals.

Engage with your Amplify cohort participants and your individually assigned buddy, an Amplify Alum, through one-on-one meetings, social events, and more. Gain insights from Marketing executives, Amplify alumni, and professionals from outside the Marketing organization through monthly Learning with Leader and Alumni Learning sessions.

Meticulous and resourceful, you can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You approach challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills, learning from both success and failure. You are adaptable, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about marketing, always looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge and make an impact. If you are multilingual, that’s a plus.

What You Will Do

• Join a community of marketing enthusiasts in a hybrid working environment
• Gain insight into how a large, global marketing organization functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally across different marketing areas on a wide variety of projects and use data to refine and improve processes and outcomes for customers and partners
• Stretch your personal development through networking events, volunteering, and social activities
• Improve your communication skills by building collateral, reports, and other marketing materials, and presenting to stakeholders at different levels
• Grow within your role: assignments based on your educational background, skills, aspirations, and interests
• Expand your marketing knowledge through development opportunities including special projects, personalized development plans, and a dedicated learning path
• Participate in the First-Year Amplify Accelerated Marketing Program

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion in 2026 of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: marketing, business/international business, related programs, or holders of equivalent academic certifications.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing – volunteering, internship, coursework, or other relevant experiences
• Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa sponsorship
