Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to tenant management
• Assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentation slides
• Carry out market research and data analysis in preparation for the Asset Plan
• Support in lease documentation and paperwork, filing and archiving of documents
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or any related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and willing to learn
