Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist to engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansions
• Assist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
• Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
• Ensure tenants’ adherence to lease terms
• Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
• Support in report generations and tracking of tenant's submission for Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to deliver work timely and accurately
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and willing to learn
