Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park, etc.).
• Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works.
• Assist in liaising with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions after renovation and submission of renovation invoices.
• Update Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001.
• Provide assistance with Capex works.
• Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects.
• Support other ad-hoc operation duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any related disciplines.
• Possess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
