Job Description

You will assist the Property Management team at Techplace II in daily operations and ad-hoc special projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building inspections and operations
• Assist in collating information regarding the buildings
• Research and collate sustainability data for Green Mark renewals
• Provide support on asset enhancements projects
• Assist in handling feedback from tenants
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
