Enterprise Solutions Architect Intern

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Job Description

• Analyse existing system design/standards and propose improvements.
• Work on functional design and process design in collaboration with other teams involving Cloud, Micro-Services, Integrations, Data, etc., based on project requirements.
• Perform prototyping, testing, and collaborate across teams.
• Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
• Develop training material and provide technical talks to users.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of software development, design and best practices including high-level design, detailed design documentation, and integration design with multi-tier system architecture.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of Cloud (Azure/AWS, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic understanding of service orchestration and messaging systems (Kafka, Event Grid).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only. In Singapore, MUFG internship partners include the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
