The Millennium Investment Internship Program is a 10-week, summer experience for students who are serious about building a career in investing. From June to August 2027, interns will take part in structured classroom training, work on value-add projects within investment teams, and receive direct coaching and mentorship from experienced investment professionals. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time analyst opportunities following graduation. As part of the interview process, candidates may meet with teams across trading strategies including Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, and Commodities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong foundation in valuation, accounting, and financial modeling through structured training and applied project work leveraging technology applications and approved AI assistants.
- Learn how to analyze public companies by conducting fundamental research and assessing business models.
- Work with real market, industry, and alternative data to develop investment insights.
- Work closely with coaches and mentors to deepen your analysis and refine your investment views.
- Present findings and recommendations, sharpening your communication skills and investment judgment in a professional setting.
Qualifications
Education & Graduation Date
- Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and graduating between December 2027 and July 2028 with a GPA of 3.4 or above.
- Preferred degrees in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative/analytical fields.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, investing, and analyzing companies or securities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers, data, and complex information.
- Solid Excel skills and interest and/or experience in financial modeling; familiarity with other analytical or data tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear, logical arguments and investment views.
