Internship Details

Internship Title: Corporate Communications Intern

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Job Description

The intern will work on a range of projects related to new communication approaches in the region across internal and external platforms. There will be opportunities to learn about various aspects of corporate communications and gain meaningful, relevant skills. The intern will bring fresh perspectives on adopting new tools and digital platforms to complement traditional channels for engaging external and internal audiences. The intern will also have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and produce creative content at the bank-wide level for channels such as the regional intranet and PRISM.
  • Create content for digital/social media (e.g., LinkedIn and the global website) to raise MUFG’s corporate profile and promote employer branding.
  • Monitor media coverage, support in media outreach and clipping reports, and share outcomes with internal stakeholders.
  • Support communications team members in co-creating content and collaborate with regional stakeholders on activities or regional campaigns and events such as town hall sessions.

Requirements

  • Background in Business, Arts, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, SharePoint, Canva
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for creative writing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be an adaptable team player
  • Familiar with creative content production such as infographics, podcasts, and video editing (a plus)

This internship role is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
