Job Description

The Procurement Intern will gain exposure to various tasks relating to sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and procurement risk. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.
• Assist in the update of procurement database and tools to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• Assist in resolving procurement issues.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
