Internship Opportunity

Department: Systems Office for Asia – Systems Planning Department (Business Relationship Management)

Role: IT Business Relationship Management Intern

Location: Singapore

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

Job Description

• Support BU interviews and early-phase analysis (capture As Is/To Be, take minutes, structure information)
• Maintain and update Demand Management trackers (new requests, changes, prioritization)
• Assist portfolio visibility (budget, resource, and priority views; simple dashboards)
• Help with initial identification of impacted/related systems and data points
• Provide project support (materials preparation, meeting setup, light task tracking)
• Propose improvements to reporting formats and working templates
• Draft and update BRM weekly/regular decks (data refresh, charts/visuals)

Job Requirements

Must have

• Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in information organization and structured thinking
• Clear and accurate communication (written and verbal)
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks in parallel

Nice to have

• Interest in business analysis / systems planning
• Ability to map processes and visualize flows
• Curiosity about project management practices
