Change and Transformation Analyst Intern

This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to a new Change and Transformation Management Team within Transaction Banking’s Client Implementation Team, working under the guidance of the Change Manager across 12 Asia Pacific countries.

Job Description

The intern will:

• Perform deep dives to document existing processes and procedures.
• Formulate, rationalize, and propose a Regional Standardized Operating Model to improve internal efficiencies and client onboarding experience.
• Support the design and implementation of a new digital workflow tool to enable visibility and tracking of client implementation cases across the region.
• Prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Transaction Banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical skills, ability to learn existing processes quickly, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Proficiency in written and spoken language is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.

This internship role is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
