Change and Transformation Analyst Intern
Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to a new Change and Transformation Management Team within Transaction Banking’s Client Implementation Team, working under the guidance of the Change Manager across 12 Asia Pacific countries.
Job Description
The intern will:
- Perform deep dives to document existing processes and procedures.
- Formulate, rationalize, and propose a Regional Standardized Operating Model to improve internal efficiencies and client onboarding experience.
- Support the design and implementation of a new digital workflow tool to enable visibility and tracking of client implementation cases across the region.
- Prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Transaction Banking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical skills, ability to learn existing processes quickly, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
- Proficiency in written and spoken language is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.

Location & Eligibility
This internship role is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only. MUFG partners with several local universities, including the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
