Analyst, Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), Greater China and Southeast Asia

About the Role

Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, seeks to deliver compelling returns for institutional and individual investors by strengthening the companies in which the firm invests. The Analyst will support fundraising efforts and relationships with limited partners in Asia, with a focus on Greater China and Southeast Asia. The role is part of the APAC ICS team based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, and Sydney, and interfaces with the firm’s global ICS group across Blackstone investment funds, investment teams, legal/compliance, finance, and other groups.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects simultaneously, including investor due diligence requests, market research, and drafting updates to limited partners (including investment summaries) and other marketing materials.
• Assist with the fund closing process and participate in legal reviews associated with fund raising.
• Support the APAC business development team in investor relations, road shows, and product marketing activities.
• Attend internal meetings, complete investor data requests, conduct research and analyses, and liaise with Blackstone staff.
• Help produce marketing materials, letters, and distributions; coordinate with compliance on LP onboarding and related matters.
• Coordinate with teams in New York and London to ensure alignment and timely delivery of materials and responses.
• Learn about legal, product, and market issues related to fund raising and fund documents.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of finance experience, ideally in asset management (client services/management), investment banking, or relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, with integrity and professionalism; contributes to a positive culture.
• Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and a genuine passion for excellence.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
