Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Support Syndicate Operations for the CFCM department in Equity and Debt Capital Markets activities, including Primary/IPO offerings and Secondary transactions such as block trades and placements. Provide specialized operational support for ECM and DCM deals where CLSA is part of the Syndicates, handling sensitive information daily.
• Deal Management: Coordinate and manage all logistics of the new issuance process, from structuring to closing, collaborating with internal parties (CFCM, Legal and Compliance, Operations) and external parties (corporate clients/issuers, other Syndicates, legal counsels, regulators, share registrars).
• Control and Reconciliation: Communicate control points and risk items with Senior Management, Deal Team, and Control Functions; manage trade and P&L reporting with Operations and Finance.
• Client Services: Serve as the operational contact for CFCM clients after account opening and assist in providing custodian services.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking or Operations preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
