That is about three and a quarter to three and a half hours of scheduled assessment and interviews, not counting the preparation session, with the technical weight in the coding challenge and the two onsite interviews. For an applicant the cost is mostly preparation for those timed technical sessions rather than interview time.

Twitch's early career page describes two routes:

• Undergraduate Intern Program: a summer internship in which interns work as a cohort of peers and are paired with a mentor and a manager
• Entry-level roles: Twitch states it has no dedicated program for recent graduates, so new graduates apply to entry-level openings on its job board

Columbia's Center for Career Education reports the same structure: a summer intern cohort with a peer group and mentors, and entry-level roles in place of a graduate program. Because there is no graduate cohort, a graduate applies role by role against whichever entry-level openings are posted, while a student's structured route is the summer internship.
