The programme runs separate U.S. and International cohorts (applications routed to HRRecruit.info@tradeweb.com or international.careers@tradeweb.com respectively), and successful interns may be considered for a full-time offer to start after graduation. The platform reaches more than 2,000 leading financial institutions across fixed income, derivatives and ETFs, operated from global offices including New York (corporate headquarters), London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney and Dubai. Unlike a bank's trading floor, where early-career analysts execute orders on third-party venues, a role here sits on the operator side of the marketplace – building, supporting or selling the platform itself.
