Teneo recruits early-career talent into its five service practices — Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Strategy & Communications, Risk Advisory and People Advisory — through summer internships and a UK Financial Advisory graduate scheme. The Financial Advisory graduate programme is a three-year route to a chartered accountancy qualification that rotates trainees through corporate turnaround, M&A solutions, business valuations and capital markets work, delivered from Dublin, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow or Edinburgh. Summer internships sit inside individual service teams and target penultimate or final-year undergraduates with a 2:1 (or US 3.3 GPA equivalent). The two routes ask for different commitments: an internship is a single-summer engagement in one service team competing against conversion offers from Big Four advisory practices, while the graduate scheme locks in a three-year regional posting plus the ACA exam workload alongside client delivery.
