Visa sponsorship
For its US internships and co-ops, onsemi requires that applicants be legally authorized to work in the United States, and states that it accepts international students "as long as they are able to receive CPT/OPT sponsorship from their university." In practice that means onsemi does not itself petition for a work visa for these student roles; the work authorization has to come through the applicant's own institution under Curricular or Optional Practical Training.
For an international student that makes eligibility a gate to clear before applying: confirm with your university's international-student office that your program qualifies for CPT or OPT for the term you would work, because the role itself will not provide that sponsorship.
