• Summer internships, typically about three months
• Co-ops in either the Spring or Fall, running roughly four to five months

• Production scale is genuine, not aspirational: the firm reported 3.3 million barrels per day of liquids and 8.4 Bcf/day of gas in 2025, with Guyana production exceeding 700,000 gross barrels per day and the Permian at 1.6 million boe/day – both annual records.
• Internship assignments are placed across the firm's network of U.S. sites rather than concentrated at a single corporate HQ.
