• Internships — fixed-term student placements posted role-by-role on the careers portal, open to currently enrolled students.
• Graduate programs — two to three years of structured training with cross-functional and international rotation, open to engineering and business graduates.
• Early Career Program and the Global Sourcing Graduate Program — function-focused entry tracks for recent graduates.
• GO Beyond Program — a 12-month rotation for people with roughly one to three years' experience: six months on transformation projects in your home unit, six months in a different unit, then a permanent role. It runs in Sweden and India and began its latest intake in September 2025.

Because these tracks are recruited locally rather than through one global intake, timing and availability differ by country, and the relevant program depends on where a candidate is based and how much experience they already have — an applicant has to match the right track to their location and stage rather than apply to a single scheme.
