BTIG runs a single eight-week Summer Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students, split across three department tracks:

• Investment Banking – project work on strategic-advisory and capital-markets assignments
• Research and Strategy – sector-focused analyst support across consumer, energy and infrastructure, financials, healthcare, real estate, and TMT
• Fixed Income & Equities – on-desk sales and trading exposure

The US programme is based in New York and San Francisco; a parallel UK programme runs out of London on identical dates (firm 2026 UK intern brochure). The firm publishes no separate spring week, insight day, or named multi-year graduate scheme – the summer programme is its only structured first-year route in.
