What You'll Do

Client Solutions Associates begin their careers through a comprehensive development program, learning the FactSet ethos for providing excellent client service. Throughout the program, Client Solutions Associates will develop a wide array of skills and provide value to our clients by:

  • Developing a deep knowledge base across our business, products, and clients.
  • Communicating with impact in person and over video calls, mastering presentation and public speaking skills both internally and externally.
  • Asking effective questions in various situations to gather information, uncover needs, and create solutions to foster truly collaborative and consultative partnerships.
  • Defining key industry terms and concepts important to FactSet’s clients to become an industry expert.
  • Using advanced product knowledge and understanding of FactSet’s product suite to identify and implement solutions specific to client and user workflows, including Excel modeling, company research, and portfolio analysis.

Following the successful completion of the training program, you will quickly become an integral part of the team and start taking on responsibilities as a FactSet Consultant by:

  • Managing an assigned group of accounts, ensuring the relationship remains healthy and the client is receiving maximum value from the FactSet software.
  • Customizing solutions to fit individual client workflows, ensuring clients can make efficient and accurate decisions using FactSet data and tools.
  • Effectively demonstrating various product lines to clients and providing software training to individuals as well as small and large groups.
  • Visiting clients regularly to provide face-to-face support, training, and build strong relationships.
  • Working on longer-term projects with clients to enable them to derive value from the FactSet product suite.
  • Being an effective problem solver and providing creative solutions to clients' questions regarding the use of FactSet.
  • Answering day-to-day client queries and providing creative and complex solutions through our helpdesk.

What We're Looking For

The ideal Client Solutions Associate possesses the following qualifications:

  • Business-level Korean and Mandarin speaking ability is required.
  • Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of working experience.
  • A bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, and Economics majors are preferred).
  • A background or strong interest in the Finance or FinTech industry, as well as a strong interest in data and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and databases.
