Responsibilities

• Support the ESG team on risk mitigation and value creation across key themes, such as climate change, nature, supply chain, and social topics.
• Support the ESG team in the ESG due diligence processes and portfolio management.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external communication materials related to ESG (e.g., investor presentations, external ESG questionnaires, etc.).
• Contribute to ESG support for portfolio companies (e.g., benchmarking, value creation, etc).

We are looking for a motivated and driven intern, able to quickly adapt to a very competitive and fast-changing environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom (required).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sciences, social sciences, environmental sciences, or business studies.
• 1+ years previous work experience desired.
• Passion for sustainability-related topics.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Other European languages are desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Previous experience in ESG, CSR, or Sustainability consulting firm practices or corporate departments is a strong plus.
