Overview of Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new career in content marketing and communications. The Content Marketing Specialist will join a small team responsible for owning Fenergo’s corporate voice and creating compelling, persuasive, and informative content.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual capable of writing across various mediums and channels to deliver key messages to different buyer personas. You will specialize in translating complex, technology-based content into compelling stories that fuel our lead lifecycle process.

This role spans support for content marketing, Public Relations (PR), and analyst relations, allowing you to expand your skillset across critical communications divisions. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Manage the content calendar to outline the forward plan and alignment with key priorities.
  • Support the Content and Comms Director in developing whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.
  • Assist in writing landing page and web content (descriptions, etc.) for videos, case studies, and awards.
  • Leverage AI tools to summarize webinars and long-form content (e.g., research reports) for use in blogs.
  • Support the writing and submission of speaking proposals for major events.
  • Be responsible for compiling monthly reports, including metrics for content pieces.

Public Relations and Analyst Relations

  • Manage the annual global awards calendar, which includes writing and submitting entries, purchasing logos for wins, and promoting awards on the website and across all internal and external channels.
  • Coordinate the effective promotion of analyst rankings internally and externally across various channels (social media, website, intranet, etc.), including writing relevant promotional content for all channels.
  • Support logistics for annual events in key locations.
  • Track and report on media coverage, partnering with the PR agency to report on the impact of communications activity.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in public relations or content marketing, gained in either an agency or in-house environment.
  • Essential B2B technology experience with a strong understanding of media.
  • Proven experience planning, managing, and launching content and/or PR campaigns across earned and owned channels.
  • Experience working successfully with senior stakeholders and contributors.
